So disappointed. Bought this dress and loved. Very comfortable. I went to wash and there is a huge pull in the front from the belt it had a sharp edge. Dress not wearable

Nice dress – The belt is disappointing
Grace Karin dresses are well made and they fit true to size. I wore this dress to work and received many compliments. I felt very professional and polished. I will purchase more of Grace Karin’s dresses for work and formal occasions. The color is true to the picture. The belt is not well made. This is so, because it has not reinforcements it’s just the fabric. A belt should t be sturdy and strong This belt lacks functionality. The fabric is of good quality for the dress. If the belt was sturdy with stiffness and buckram it would have been a perfect dress.

Complete Fail
Although I have many other Amazon dresses that are amazing home runs, this one was not one of them. The fabric is OK. I got the purple so it was not see through, but the thin fabric would likely not be so forgiving in lighter shades. The fit was somewhat oversized. The waist is very short, and the belt was a non-starter for me. The cut was too big and roomy. The clunky gold belt buckle was always at a wonky angle when used. The belt itself is just made of the same fabric as the dress, with no interfacing inside to stiffen it enough to make it retain its shape. It looked like a sad, limp noodle. It would have functioned better as a tie than an actual belt with size grommets and buckle. It was just ridiculously long. Once I got it on the right hole/grommet for my waist, there was so much left on the other side that it went around my waist, around my back, and would show on the opposite side! It was close to twice as long as needed. Granted, I’m a size small, but this belt was made to fit a 3XL. I returned it, because although I’m reasonably good with a sewing machine, this was just way too far off the mark to be altered adequately to look good.

Order a size up if you don’t want a tight fit!
I wanted to love this. The style is very nice but you may need to size up depending upon body shape. The fabric is very thin and it is not lined, so a slip is necessary. It is not soft at all- I would say it is scratchy. I haven’t decided yet if I am going to exchange for a size larger or just give up on this one.

Sexy front slit !
I get so many compliments with this dress! I use it to go to work and it’s simply elegant.One of my favorite pieces. I love, love the slit in the front. I can wear it with a blazer or alone, and it looks great. It hugs my curves.The length is perfect; I am 5’2. The dress falls right above my knee.The only thing I did not really like is the belt it comes with.I easily resolved that problem by adding a thick belt I own. The dress looks even better!! This dress gets soo many compliments !

Super cute dress for work! Id recommend sizing down if you’re between two sizes (I ordered a medium and returned it for a small). It’s a comfortable and so cute
