I ordered this massager hoping it could help with a whole back massage. I enjoy using it when I’m in my home office chair. Padded seat is very comfortable and does not slip. Convenient and easy controls. Removable and washable cover for the neck. It arrived by way of next day delivery. Convenient packaging for easy removal. High quality product that offers amazing massage relief and great durability. I like that you can tuck away the control panel in the supplied pouch that’s attached to the cushion. The massage rollers and movement patterns are like nothing I’ve experienced. This product is the next best thing to a hands on professional massage. Plenty of modes to suit many needs and comfort. This premium product works great on most any chair, sofa and best of all office chair. Amazing relief.

So many options and adjustments! Love it!!
This is a terrific massager with so many options. Neck massage can be adjusted up and down as well as rotate in either direction. Back massager has shiatsu or rolling and the rolling width can be adjusted. You can also set it to just focus on lower or upper back. With the weather cooling down the heat option is wonderful! For deeper massage you can remove one layer from neck and/or back or if you want less pressure just wear a thicker top or use a towel or blanket over it. The seat has a vibration option but I don’t usually use that. I had one of these for many years before I finally wore it out (same brand); I used it almost every evening and was very impressed with how long it lasted. I just bought this one a few weeks ago and am looking forward to enjoying it for years to come. I highly recommend!

Great massager for at home use, gives a very deep massage but wish it had more settings!
This is a great massager to have at home. It is powerful and convenient / easy to use. Really helps relieve tension in a pinch.However, for the price, I do wish this had more settings like speed and intensity for the shiatsu function, and a longer timer that doesn’t automatically shut off. It is instructed to use pillows or blankets to adjust but it becomes a bit difficult as the massager moves everything around. I also wish the range was a little better. This misses a good portion of the upper back unless you can prop yourself just right. It would be great if the seat portion folded into it nicely too for storage, it is a bit clunky!I tried a few others before sticking with this one though as I found the massage nodes on this to be the most comfortable. They are large and bend with your body a little so the massage isn’t too rigid and leaving you holding your breath. The neck massager portion is amazing, I adjust my seating to have it hit my shoulders and it is great if you have a lot of tension. Overall happy with this purchase as I tested other options and found this to be the best value.

Great Back Massager
We have several Snailax products, all of which preform very well. We just received the Shiatsu neck & back massager. We have been using it for several days now. I use it after riding my bike to work on my back muscles. It really makes a difference. The number of settings is really helpful to work on specific areas of my back. The spot setting is great as you can isolate different parts of your back to massage. The neck massager is really nice since it can be adjusted up or down to suit the individual user. My wife has had issues with her lower back for quite some time. She uses the lower back setting and spot setting.

Best Massager for the money!
My teenager son plays competitive junior golf, he always feels tightness in his hip and lower back. We have to take him to a Chiro therapist every other week to keep his body in good condition so that he’s always ready for golf tournaments. The therapy is not cheap and costs more than $100/per visit.Both my wife and I sit in front of computers for long hours every day. All of us have been bothered by chronic tight back, or back and neck pains.I’ve been thinking about buying a massage chair. But it costs thousands of dollars and occupies a lot of space. Then I found Snailax Massager on Amazon.Bought one and after we tried for one week, we all agreed this Snailax Massager is a keeper!My son’s tight back disappeared after using it for 15 minutes every night. We skipped the Chiro therapy for this week. This Snailax massager is basically free! We’ll see how much this can save us going forward.For my wife. she loves the neck massager! Especially its position can be adjusted based on user’s height to work on the right spots, and you can choose clockwise or counterclockwise rolling.For me, I like the back massage. You can choose 3 Massage areas: Upper, Lower or Full Back, and 3 type of massages: Shiatsu, Rolling or Spot. I love the Shiatsu massage the most. My back feels really relaxed.We’ll need to buy another one, so we don’t have to move it around the house.Strongly recommended! This product is a no brainer!

Wow — this massager feels very serious for multi zone and spot massages with a heat therapy and adjustable height!!! It is perfect!!! Deep shiatsu pressure! The height-adjustable neck nodes, adjustable width on the back nodes, “spot” focus for sore spots, and detachable intensity flap all show someone designing with real users in mind. You’re not stuck with one fixed mode; you can tune things for your shape, how sore you are, or how intense you want things! It is good that it have the vibration in the seat (hips/thighs) adds a relaxing finishing touch. The control is very simple! Heat levels is hot enough! Very powerful!

Amazing Massager, this one has everything. The remote control has a pouch at the side to place it in when not in use. It has two settings, Shiatsu & Rolling. The Rolling setting is good to start with and then move onto the Shiatsu once your ready for it. The settings offer Full back, Upper back & Lower back. It also offers a Vibration in the seat which is very relaxing. The only downfall is that the Heat could be a tad bit warmer. The neck massage has two rotations going opposite directions. There is also an up & down button so you can move the neck massager rollers lower or higher depending on your height. LOVE THIS MASSAGER, so happy I ordered this, my whole back is Happy!!
