I usually don’t leave reviews as I’m ultra shy and just never speak up but, I feel this is super important to share. For about 5 years now I’ve dealt with depression and sometimes I’ll deal with bouts of deep depression where I don’t leave the house, change my clothes or shower everyday as I should. I’d been feeling so down as someone who’s OCD about cleanliness but, struggled so much to keep up with it due to depression that it was a vicious cycle of just beating myself down. I finally decided to force myself to do a self care routine, no matter how awful I’m feeling and that included a shower and bath one as well. I found this shea sugar scrub and hoped it wash away weeks of self neglect and self hate. I used this in the shower and boy did it change how I felt after. My skin felt like it could finally breath again and like I had washed a load of sadness off my back. Never had I thought a typical looking body scrub on amazon would leave me feeling a little more hope than yesterday. Like I said, I never share reviews for fear or judgment or just never having the courage to speak up. But Tree Hut really sparked something in me after using it that makes me feel like this new self care routine will pull me our of darker days and leave my skin smelling amazing and feeling smooth. Great product for dry skin
I love this product. I use it with the Cleanlogic exfoliating scrubs. My legs had been looking really dry and rough and really horrible. I had to figure out what to do about it. This product with the scrub really did the job. In fact a friend was over–i was in the recliner and had my legs and she asked if I had hose on because my legs were so smooth! (Her birthday is next month so I will order these products for her!)

Smells amazing, luxurious on skin!
Let’s be real, you can make this stuff yourself for pennies on the dollar, but who has the time these days? I particularly enjoyed this sense, because it’s fruity, I don’t like musk, I don’t like vanilla or cinnamon or anything like that, and this one really hit all my senses.The color is beautiful, but it’s not overbearing so that you think you’re putting dye all over your skin, it’s exactly what you would expect a sugar scrub to be texture-wise, sticky, a little porous, but the absolute perfect combination for exfoliated beautiful skin.I noticed notes of peach, tangerine, possibly grapefruit, it’s a very tropical, fruity smell.I apply with a loofah, and then sometimes I do the bottom of my feet without that and just use my hands. My skin was left silky soft, smelling wonderful, and ready to take on a tan. If you’re the one who goes in a tanning bed, this is absolutely essential before you go. You should always exfoliate your skin because our cells regenerate quickly.I highly recommend the product for the value of the money, the size you get, the scents, and the feeling.

Good scrub.. Reddit said it was the bomb.. but they forgot to mention it had AHA😕. Think they should have advertised that a bit more. Also they should say how many percent of AHA. I know everyone using acids on their bodies nowadays — but I prefer not too. Other then that.. it’s pretty alright. Decent scrub. Not exciting fragrance wise either. Prefer soap and glory(original pink tub) tbh though.
