Great Convo Start for 10-16 yr olds
This is the perfect game for middle and high school students who have a difficult time maintain a conversation or connecting with peers. The visual feedback when a conversation is overruled by comments and not reciprocal questions is really helpful for my speech students. A new staple in session activities!

A little difficult to understand
I would strongly suggest reading through the instructions and playing with an adult before getting it in front of children. Trying to guide the child in how to play this game while also learning it yourself is a bit confusing.Once you have it figured out it is pretty easy and straightforward. It’s really just having a conversation. I share, you share, change topic but keep it related, etc.

Great way to spend time with kids!
This game was so much fun! There are so many options for play and any way you decide will have amazing results! This game is great for families or for teachers. I played with my three kids ages 9, 11, and 13 and at first they were giving one word answers but as they started to rack up the points and realized how to play, the conversations grew longer and we laughed so much! It gave me insight in to my kids thoughts and feelings and gave them insight in to mine!! This was such a powerful game that can be played over and over, and always have different talking points!I also took this to school to play with my students in 3-6th grade and they loved it too! We opted to play in small groups with no more than 3 kids and it really helped build a bond and trust between me and the students, as well as the students to students.10 out of 10 would recommend this game for home or school!

Difficult
We reinvented the way it’s played because it was not fun or smoothly played with instructions.I pick a topic card for a child and it’s their turn to get asked questions and comments, until they have nothing further to discuss, then I pick a new card for the other player(child) it may not be an easy point system but we really worked though some good conversations. As a parent teaching my kids to work through tough discussions and working through things people might say, I think this “game” will really help with communication.

The Perfect Addition to my Resource Room!
This game has been a great addition to my elementary Special Education Resource Room! I teach at a Title 1 school, and we love the thought-provoking questions that get them talking and learning about different perspectives and experiences. I have several students on the Autism spectrum, and they love the “team” game mode where it doesn’t feel as pressuring 😊 The superlative suggestions are also great and my students have had so much fun recognizing each other for their conversation skills. All of my students love this game and have been asking to play again and again! It is packaged well (nice and compact), easy to understand, and requires very little set up which makes for a great early finish activity. 😊

Good game!
I’m a special education teacher and have students that struggle with developing meaningful conversations. They often answer in one or two word phrases. This game allowed my students to learn more about one another and practice conversation skills too. I rated this four stars as the directions were slightly confusing at first but now I think we get it.

Great tool to practice conversation skills
As a teacher, I find it difficult to always come up with conversation topics. This game made it easier for my student to practice answering questions in a full sentence, ask follow-up questions, and understand the natural pace of a conversation. The topics made the conversation fun. We use this once a week to reinforce social skills in my Emotional Support classroom. We love this product. ❤️
