I love that these are gummies and don’t have a weird aftertaste. I also love that these are 12 MG of melatonin. In most of the stores around me, 5 or 10mg is what is available. Neither are quite enough for that restful sleep I’m looking for, and I’m afraid taking multiples of those would be too much. I really appreciate that these are infused with the chamomile and lemon balm. I sometimes drink a cup of my homegrown chamomile and lavender tea to supplement. Also appreciate the immune boosters as well!. The price is fair.I started taking these shortly after getting a slight concussion and my sleep pattern was disturbed. Shortly after I started these, I was able to sleep all night(or quickly fall back to sleep if I needed to get up to go potty). These did not make me feel groggy the next day. I honestly feel these helped with my recovery as restful sleep is paramount to the body and brain healing process.

I like that they don’t have a horrible taste although for them to be 12 mg don’t seem to work effectively I took 3 twice and still was up hours after.
