My feet are in love
This Nekteck Shiatsu Foot Massager is soooo Awesome, I’m glad that I decided to try it. My feet haven’t felt this good in years, I’m 69 and my feet have fallen in love with this Nekteck Shiatsu Foot Massager. Now I will say this, it’s probably not for everyone, my foot size is 11 wide mens and they fit inside very nicely, a size 12 would have no problems, now for women with smaller feet I’m not sure what it would feel like, I let my sister try it and she’s a size 8 and her feet fit good inside but she didn’t care for the way the massager felt, she didn’t like the massagers massage, it has two plastic wheels with bumps that twist and turn. You don’t really feel the heat but you do notice the heat lightly, as for the compression it’s fantastic to me it’s the best part of the massage, I keep the settings on low. It’s too bad that you can’t try it before you buy it because I know that some won’t like it while others will fall in love with it, I use it twice a day and if it ever fails I will buy another one for sure That’s why I give it five stars, I’d even give it 10 stars if I could. Oh and I almost forgot, it does massage the entire foot from heel to toe and top to bottom. The vibration level is great. It does the job very well.

Excellent foot massager
I received the Nekteck Shiatsu Foot Massager about a month ago. It came well packaged and in a timely manner. I have used it almost daily, and some days several times. This has to be the best self-care item I have ever bought. I like that there is a heat setting and two levels of massage pressure to choose from. It is incredibly relaxing to your entire body as tension just melts away while your tootsies are being massaged by the rolling and prodding, and the air pressure squeezes down gently (on low) or with a bit more pressure (on high). For me, I would like a little more deep massage in the arches of my feet. But I can’t say it’s a deal breaker. I have recommended this item to family members. Its a great investment and I’ve had no issues so far.

finally one that doesnt hurt my feet
finally one that doesnt hurt my feet with the different sized bals, but a more uniform multiple balls swirling around, bery relaxing and massaging, not tortur. the air pressure is great not too intense where you cant escape! lol 4 stars in that there isnt a remote(but there are only a few modes to select, so bend down you must. and i wish the intensity of the massage could be adjustable, it is a good moderate relaxing intensity, but would like to have options here. overall the best one i have purchased thus far. the previous brand one i paid 3x the amount and it stopped working properly, turning off every 90 seconds. so i am very excited about this one, hope it lasts forever! happy feet

Should have bought one of these years ago.
Product works great for the price. It doesn’t produce any annoying sounds and it has just the right amount of functions. If you have sensitive feet just throw some soft socks on and you’ll be pleased. I would recommend this item to anyone that is on their feet all day and get a chance to sit down and relax.

Worth purchasing

Customer service??? Where is the heat?
This is my first foot massager. I can only comment without comparisons. I have a size 9 foot. I feel very little contact with my arches. When I push my foot in to the fullest front, I get a moderate sensation towards the arch. With my foot size, I feel no heel contact. The nobs around the heel and back of my foot are hard and do not move. I can see red light, but there is no marked warmth inside. I had my daughter try it for a few days, and she does not feel any heat either. I wrote to the company two days ago and have not received a reply. I don’t know if this unit has a malfunction with the heat, or if this lack of heat is standard in the units. I like the compression and roll of the forward foot area. I think if I bought the large model, my entire foot would feel completely massaged. I was going to purchase one as a gift, but I will research better models. I will update here if I get a response from the seller/company.

Relief from heel pain
I bought this for my husband, who was complaining about a lot of heel pain. I wasn’t too hopeful, though the reviews were good. Well, he loves it! It has worked wonders on his aching heels, and he uses it daily! The pain has been alleviated, so he now uses it more for relaxation. My kids also love using it on the lower levels (even though their feet don’t really fit). It is very light weight and is great quality. It has multiple types and levels of firmness, and has a heat option, which is great for those cold days! I am very happy with this purchase.

Defective and causes pain on heel
UPDATE: I returned the first massager and decided to give it one more shot. The new one felt 100x better. It turns out that the first one was defective. The new one doesn’t jab into my heel anymore. The thing actually works. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to it not having reversable modes. Other than that, I can see why the 5 star reviews exists when it works.I thought my right foot was jacked up until I have someone else try it and the right heel area has these air bubbles that are supposed to squeeze onto your foot but instead jams into pressure points.If it weren’t for that, I’d be keeping it but the idea of getting a massager is to reduce pain, not induce it.
