Good product
For years I’ve dealt with sleep deprivation. Used different holistic methods that did not work for me at all. Since I have a tumor on my pineal gland, these gummies have definitely helped me sleep better because of the lack of melatonin my brain may be producing.

UPDATE: Although this item did not work out for me, the company reached out to me and offered a full refund. They did not ask me to change my review or anything like and honestly just wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase.Doesn’t work for me, can’t return it. I was using Nature’s Bounty blueberry melatonin 10mg (I was taking only 5mg and it worked wonderfully) but ran out and thought I would try these but even taking 20mg of these won’t keep me asleep through the night.
