Dangerous levels of B6
I thought these Gummies tasted great and helped me fall asleep quickly.However, I’ve been getting some blood work done recently, and my B6 levels just came back and they were through the roof high. Like toxicity level high. I look through all of the things that could possibly be causing my high B6. Look through all of my supplements and nothing stood out. However, I started taking these Gummies 13 days before my blood test. These Gummies have 40 mg B6! The daily amount that an adult needs is 1.7 mg. There is no need for a gummy to have this much B6. B6 toxicity can cause permanent nerve damage. I am scared to think about what would’ve happened if I hadn’t gotten my blood test. If you take these, I highly recommend testing your B6 levels.

I’ve been using Mary Tuth’s Ofganic Melatonin sleep aid for a year. I take it at bedtime and I’m sleepy in 20 min. Sleep well and wake up rested with no hangover from the sleep aid.

Taste has changed!
I started taking these gummies 2 years ago….loved them! Best sleep I had in a long time. I loved that it was a gummie and it tasted great! I ran out 3 months ago and recently started having trouble sleeping again. I placed a reorder and quite surprised at the change in taste and texture! And not in a good way. This product went from a 5 star to a 3!
