Incredible Neck Massager with Heat – Total Relief!

Promising, but misses the mark on several key elements
I really wanted to like this massager since it was cordless. Unfortunately it misses the mark on many counts.Motor strength: the motor slows down or stops all together if you put too much pressure on your shoulders. It takes surprisingly little force to get it to stop, meaning I was unable to put any type of pressure that would actually help my shoulders.Charging: Half the time it just failed to charge. I let it sit for hours and it wouldn’t charge at all. Secondly, it will not run while charging. This means you have to plan to have it charged already before you need it. Very bad design.It was also missing two of the chargers that the Amazon listing claimed it would come with. The car adapter and the one to plug it into the wall.I know that this isn’t a one off because i ordered two of them. Trying to give cotsoco the benefit of the doubt, I had ordered a replacement and it was the exact same.

Mostly works well.
I have incredibly tight muscles in my upper back and neck that never loosen, so I get massages about every 2 weeks, plus I see a chronic pain doctor. I wanted something to help relieve my pain at home in between massages, so I bought this hoping it would help. Initially, this worked great… and it still does mostly. In order to get into my muscles at all, I have to pull this quite hard into my muscles using the hand holders. I was worried that the motor wouldn’t be strong enough to work like this, but it does keep going… even if it does bog down a little. I feel like it helps with my pain… especially in the neck area. I bought this brand specifically because you are supposed too be able to use it while it is charging. It worked like that as advertised for awhile, but now it won’t turn on at all while it’s being charged. This is a bummer for me, because that’s the main reason I got this one. Overall this works pretty well, but if you’re buying it for the reason I did I would maybe think twice.

Quit working
I had this item less than 8 months and it is not working properly! Charges fully and it stops working after about 20min. If I push the start button it comes on but will work less than 5 min. This item can not be used while charging.It’s very very bulky and not comfortable when sitting back in a chair.VERY DISAPPOINTING

Relaxing & Great Quality
I love this massager because it has a heating feature and it’s very relaxing. I don’t have to wait for my man to give me a massage. My neck was bothering me and this helps so much. You can use it on your back as well. My mother also has one and she says it helps with her lymphatic system. The hump that was on her neck is gone. Great quality and comes with a bag for safe keeping. Battery life is great!

Works fine, but battery life is short
The device itself works well and is easy to use. The straps help keep it in place, which is nice. But the biggest downside is the battery life—it only runs for 10 to 15 minutes after a full charge.You also can’t use it while it’s charging, making it inconvenient if you want to use it more than once a day. Charging takes longer than the time you get to use it. I probably will return it and get another one with a cord so I can use it while charging it.

Best neck and shoulder massager
This is the best neck and shoulder massager. I havent been able to figure out how it works without placing your arms in the pockets. By placing your arms in the pockets you get a deeper and stronger massage which is what I like. The massager was able to get the knots out of my shoulders. Very easy to use and is worth every penny you spend on it. It also came with a nice bag to carry it in.
