Best Primer
If you like a glowy look, this is definitely for you. It’s great as an essence step in your skincare routine or as a primer. It blends easily and soaks in for a beautiful finish. I mix it with my foundation as well for a glowy look.

I love the texture of this product plus using it under my makeup is genius! It helps set a smooth and glossy base before application. Plus it’s very hydrating.

I use this as facial serum and I like it
I use this as facial serum and I like it. I cleanse my face, put toner and then this essence and my moisturizer on top. The essence is thicker than other “essences” I’ve tried – they are definitely more watery and can be used under regular facial serum. This is thicker, feels a bit sticky but I just tap in for a few moments and it absorbs well. Doesn’t cause peeling of my cream on top at all. There’s mild scent but it evaporates fast and it’s not bothering. What I find a bit confusing are instructions. It’s all talk about priming skin for makeup which I find weird. Usually primers go on top of skincare products and before makeup. I don’t see how this can be used on top of moisturizer, and I feel like it would loose its hydrating properties. As an essence / serum it works fine. I feel it gives nice moisture and glow to my skin. As a makeup primer I’m not sure how it works at all. I usually use just some blush, mascara and lipstick and didn’t notice any difference with this essence (again, under my moisturizer and sunscreen). Anyhow I like how it feels on my skin so I’m keeping it as facial serum for my AM routine.

Tacky, “caked on” feel that didn’t work for me
This product has a bit of a tacky feel to it, and unfortunately it didn’t work the way I hoped. It might be fine for other skin types, but for my needs it just wasn’t a good fit.
