These are the best melatonin supplements we’ve found so far; we’re buying them for the third time. Both their taste and texture make them desirable for the adults and kids in the family. The 2.5mg is more than enough. Based on my experience, I believe they are more like 3 to 3.5mg each, making them more sleep-inducing than 2.5mg Dippin’ Dots. Olly Kids Chillax are not that great, and the Goli Dreamy Sleep Gummy have a off-putting rubber texture. Here’s hoping Carlyle doesn’t change their mix at some later date. 👍

My kids all love the taste
I’ve been giving my kids 1 gummy each (so 1mg melatonin) and they love the taste. They’re super picky because of their autism but this is a winner! I also really like that it contains chamomile and lemon balm
