I wasn’t expecting a neck massager to make this big of a difference, but this one surprised me in the best way. The pressure is strong, steady, and feels exactly like real hands working out the knots. After a long day on my feet and driving around for work, this thing brings instant relief. The heat setting is perfect — warm, not overpowering — and the design lets you control the pressure without straining your arms.My wife tried it too and loved it, which honestly tells you everything. More than just a neck massager
This massager is a great helper. I sit in office chair for long hours and rarely move or walk. Overtime my back and shoulder are taking a toll. I bought this to help me relieve some stiffness in the shoulder. The product is a quality build with smooth and soft materials. When the motor is on it is pretty quiet so people next to me never complained.I have been using this for an about a week week now and I am happy with its performance. I normally use it for 20 minutes each day. Even it requires both sides strapped to my arms I can still work on keyboard without any inconvenience. Also I found out that it can better be used as a lower back massager when placed between my lower back and office chair. This function is actually more useful than the neck/shoulder relief. All I do is to make sure I turn it on then squeeze it between my back and my chair.Battery is definitely decent. I fully charged when I got it and it’s been a week now. Power indicator still shows 2 dots. Since it can be charged by usb-c there should never be any problem with charging.Even this is a neck massager, I would use it more like a back massager. I think most people have worse back problem then neck or shoulder. I give it a 5 star based on its quality and versatile functions.

I was about to start physical therapy for a stiff neck and shoulder pain after many weeks of being so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep or find a comfortable position while awake. Two days of using this product and I was able to sleep through the night pain free and go about my daily activities without being uncomfortable! Easy to use, love that it is cordless to use at a desk or anywhere in the house, and the ability to have multiple massages daily made all the difference in my speedy recovery. Multiple levels of massage and heat make it very customizable. Can be used for other areas such as back, leg etc. Being able to have a massage at home any time for a fraction of the cost of going to get one makes this an amazing purchase you will not regret!!

OK for trapezius muscle pain from staring at your phone. A.k.a. tech neck
Better than most devices at massaging your trapezius muscle in the neck. It’s not perfect, but it works better for tech-neck pain from too much time staring at your phonethan anything else I found on Amazon. I have bought five devices and returned four of them. I will probably be keeping this one even though I’m not in love with it.

Love this so relaxing
I’ll start by saying I don’t usually leave reviews but this this is amazing. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now and it is so nice. I love the heat and the fact that it has 5 different heat settings. The massage is so relaxing with the heat there is 5 speeds to choose from. The different size massage balls do a great job. You can create your own pressure but slightly pulling down the arm straps I like a deep massage and this works very well. Most neck ” massagers” just vibrate and give me a headache but this on actually massages I can fall asleep with it. I get 4-5 uses on one charge. There is a 15 min timer. I like to start at the base of my skull and go all the way down my back it’s so relaxing with the heat. 5 stars all the way I would highly recommend this neck/back massager

Outstanding neck massager – also good for other areas – highly recommend!
Best neck massager I’ve used yet, and it delivers a bonus with battery operation – no cords! Charges conveniently on a USB-C power cord. My old, AC adapter wired unit that looked much like this one, actually had less power, and (perhaps with age) it began to lose the ability to handle deep tissue massage use. The motor would actually stop while this new AMZPONY unit works so much better on batteries to reach those stressed out muscles!

This is a God send!! In less than 5 min it took out a knot I’ve had for to long
OMG this is what I’ve been looking for! For months I’ve had this muscle that runs from my neck into my shoulder that has been causing alot of pain, which makes everyday tasks that much harder. I used this for literally less than 5 min as soon as I got before charging it ND i am shocked how much better that muscle feels from just a few min. Of use!! I have it charging now and can’t wait to really rub that knot out as soon as it’s full!! This was a great buy in my opinion. Especially having the handles to be able to easily adjust to the exact point needed! I haven’t used the heat feature yet but I know it’ll make it that much better! I would highly recommend this to anyone with muscle pain, knots or tension! It is a little bit bulky in size but I’ll take that any day over this nagging, constant pain!!

Strangely it works.
I was skeptical but the pain in my neck was stronger than my doubt. It really works. No, I was not cured. But, once I figured out how to use my arms in the holders to apply pressure and massage in the right place, I felt relief like you would expect with a massage. The heat is a plus.
